Spec Homes are GREAT BUYS

A spec home is a home that is completed or near completion by the builder.  It often already has an upgraded package attached to the home.  In some cases, the builder may let you pick some options that aren't already placed in the home.  Spec homes are good buys, because they are usually ready quicker, and have a discounted price attached to it.  If you are interested in a Spec home, feel free to call us.

Remember:  Never go to a new build or spec without your Realtor.  Realtors must sign you in prior to you looking at the home.  Never go unrepresented.  The builder has it's sales reps., you need yours to make sure you get the best buy and conditions available.

Great Time To Buy a New Build

There are many advantages to buying a new build or spec home.  Especially now when we have a strong buyers market.  Always remember to bring your Realtor with you to sign you in.  That would be me or Joe.  We want to make sure you get full representation.  It also gives us the pleasure of not only explaining all of the paperwork that you will have to sign, but with our experience, negotiating terms and prices and incentives, that the sales people normally wouldn't offer you.  Sales people at new builds represent the builder.  They are trying to get the MOST money for their properties.  WE are trying to get you the lowest price.  Do you see how it works?

Call us anytime and we will meet you at any new build office.  We will sign you in, and then you can trust us to take care of the rest.  Also, if you let us know ahead of time what you are looking for, we will do the foot work and go to the new builds in the area you want to live.  We will make sure they have just what you are looking for before you drive out.

Let our experience and enthusiasm help you save time and money.  It is our passion to serve you.

Call us today.
